Chris, commonly referred to as “Topher” (the second half of Christopher) is one of the original founders of xiik. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Additionally, Topher brings with him over a decade of hands-on work experience in marketing and technology with top companies and organizations, including General Electric, the State of Indiana, Angie’s List and the Humane Society of Indianapolis.
As Vice President of Operations for xiik, he manages the day-to-day inner workings of xiik’s offices and ensures that consistent quality standards are met both on the client management and the development sides.
Community involvement has always been highly important to Topher. Each year, the company has pledged to donate a minimum of 1% of profits to organizations in need and a minimum of 1% of total development hours to build websites for nonprofits that may not have been able to afford one otherwise.
Topher is a member of several organizations. He currently serves as a member of an Advisory Board for Rainmakers, a statewide business networking group of over 1500 members. When he’s not working enjoys traveling, working out, “easy” sports, spending time with friends and family and dancing until early morning. His favorite books are Good to Great and Are You There Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea. His favorite television shows include HEROES, LOST and The Office, although we’re pretty sure we’ve also seen episodes of Grey’s Anatomy on his iPhone.
