    • xiik makes plans to offer generous tuition reimbursement for MBA and other post-grad degrees this Fall

    • With over half of its leadership team having enrolled in or completed a top MBA program, xiik has committed to offering tuition reimbursement for work-related post-graduate programs later this year. This is a huge step toward highlighting the company’s commitment to its employees and their decisions to continue higher education. xiik’s announcement further demonstrates the company’s dedication to hiring and retaining top talent that can successfully understand and meet its clients’ business needs.
    • Although much of xiik’s team is located in markets where significant tuition reimbursement is uncommon, xiik is modeling the new compensation on its Los Angeles counterparts, where payment amounts can be up to 110% of tuition. “We really want to show that this is a top priority and not just lip service,” said Chris Overstreet, xiik’s Director of Operations. Depending on the exact amounts determined, research has shown that in many markets, remuneration may rank xiik in the top 5% of education-focused companies.
    • Matt Pierson, xiik’s Creative Director, will begin his MBA this fall at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
